DCS Grills Sonoma County
Sonoma County is home to some of the country's most beautiful farms, ranches and vineyards. For the 9th annual Pigs & Pinot put on at Chef Charlie Palmer's Dry Creek Kitchen, I was asked to photograph the farms and farmers that provided the ingredients for his split roasted Duroc ham. These photographs were commissioned by Fisher Paykel and featured in DCS Grill magazine.
